![]() dll (called a WaveShell) to multiple locations that links back to the original location.Ĭ:\Program Files (x86)\Waves\Plug-Ins V10 Waves Central installs your plugins to one single location, then another. I will eventually upgrade to v10 stuff - and wup and all that - but not until I have like a week to handle the problems that might arise. It took a two full days to repeat this, 4 rounds of support with suggestions what to do. So saved away that for future reference and have not bought anything since. So final solution for Waves support was to download offline installer - and that fixed it. When servers are struggling with current load it does not improve anything doing more downloads in parallell. ![]() So installer cannot diversify when Waves servers are struggling(which they did) and that internet is bad. In my case one clear condition when it fails is when it says started 32 parallell threads for downloads. I repeated install process 4-5 times, and still something missing. Last time this never fixed itself, constantly a handful or more plugins missing. ![]() I had that plenty - install simply does not succeed and Waves Central seems to have issues with that - not recovering properly.
